Services
Three ways I can support your exhibition
The services can be scoped individually or combined around your needs.
01Exhibition strategy and performance reviews
For organisers deciding what to do next with an exhibition.
Review your exhibition’s performance and direction to identify priorities and inform its next steps.
The review question, depth and recommendation format are agreed. Implementation and additional research are scoped separately.
02Fractional or interim event leadership
For organisers who need senior leadership capacity or cover for a gap in their event team.
I provide commercial and strategic event leadership, working alongside your team to set priorities and move decisions forward.
The remit, decision authority, reporting relationship and time commitment are defined for part-time involvement or an agreed period.
03Exhibition planning and delivery
For organisers who need help progressing specific planning or delivery tasks.
Practical support can include coordinating planning timetables, working with suppliers and preparing for on-site delivery.
Tasks, milestones and handover are defined with your team. Your team retains responsibility for work outside that scope.
We’ll agree the scope, fees and timing together before work begins.

Define responsibilities, deliverables, fees and timing, including availability, time commitment and any on-site involvement.
- 03
Work directly with me
I carry out the agreed work in coordination with your team and relevant decision-makers.
- 04
Review progress
Review progress and handover against the objectives. Changes in scope or further support are discussed separately.
FAQ
Before you get in touch
How would fractional or interim leadership work?
Fractional means part-time involvement; interim means taking on a leadership role for an agreed period. We define the remit, decision authority, reporting relationships and time commitment around your needs.
How are fees agreed?
Fees reflect the responsibilities and time involved. Before work begins, we’ll agree the scope and fee, including how travel, expenses and supplier costs will be handled.
Support for exhibitors
I may offer support for exhibitor teams in future, including reviews of exhibition participation, clarification of objectives and planning improvements.
